How do you ship?
We use a courier for most deliveries within SA.

What days do you ship?
Dry goods are shipped Monday to Friday unless arranged otherwise, Livestock shipped on Mondays.
In-stock Items
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days
How will you recieve your invoice?
In order to cut down on paper use, all invoices are sent with your order confirmation email after being shipped
Custom Orders Processing
Custom orders have an extended processing time, this will be explained in detail at point of sale.
Livestock Guarantee
Livestock orders have a live arrival guarantee within the SA only. In unforeseen circumstances, we ask that you send a photo of the ants as soon as they arrive if by chance they have perished, the Queen and Ants will be replaced by the same species if in stock, if not in stock, you may choose another species. The shipping will be at your own cost.
Backorder Products
Backordered products can take up to 10 working days to ship.
